Video is a preview to full length video that costs $6 or so in USD Maybe someone has full length but only way that going to work is no doubt torrent might as well look elsewhere for it than YouTube as its paid content. |

Just get youself VPN op, it is well worth the dust it costs, even p2p traffic poses no issues. I can recommend nVPN, or Cyberghost, both do the job nicely,
and you can also pay for nVPN with bitcoins.
Pay others for services like this one and u'll solve the problem for a day, but with VPN it's solved permanently.
I would upload it, but with my upload , it would take too long.

A free vpn should do the trick. It will save you your money and time. OpenVPN is a go for this one and use a downloader somewhere.

You can try something along the lines of a youtube downloader or Clipconverter which can download the link directly. I just tried Keepvid, It seems it can't be downloaded with Keepvid, due to the location restriction.
