Hmmm, it seems like you are right. According to this walgreens page, it appears that you can load any amount onto the card. I assumed that they would be sold in similar denominations that an iTunes or Amazon gift card would be sold in (e.g. $5, $10, $15, $25, $50, $100, $500, ect.).

There is still a risk when dealing in PayPal myCash cards though.
