Well I'm not entirely sure. I just based on the bids that I saw on my quick search around the marketplace. You should check it out yourself to get some ideas.

0.03 BTC , people if buy your account and start posting will eventually get upgraded to member rank in few days and this will earn their money back . So this account is worth 0.03 or 0.05 BTC .

your account only worth <.01 mate. not much worthy but if you can wait until it become member or full member you can sell it for atleast .06 or .07BTC

as till now i have observed..the prices will be something like this..
jr.member account = 0.002btc - 0.005btc
member account=0.01btc - 0.025btc
full member=0.06btc - 0.1btc
sr.member= 0.15btc - 0.3/0.4btc
hero member= 0.5btc - 0.8btc
legentry member=1btc - 2.5btc or more

Junior Member accounts go for next to nothing because it's so easy to just make one yourself.

imo its worth somewhere between 0.002-0.007btc, there are less buyers for jr. member accounts,because jr. member status is not hard to achieve.
