How does this program work? Is there some sort of vulnerability in the Udemy system that this software exploits, or does it look for the relevant course on torrent websites and download it through there? I mean, vulnerabilities in systems get patched all the time, so what's to say that this program won't stop working in a week's time? Or will you be personally guaranteeing that this will work for at least a few weeks after buying?

When I originally purchased it had features to come including "course files (PDF/Text/HTML)".  No mention of upgrade cost when purchased.  Or cost mentioned to get future upgrades.

Seller changed original purchase agreement.  Suggest staying away at the moment.
