Is there a beta program for Android users (knowing that we don't use iTunes or Test Flight)?

I have recently become active again after a long period of inactivity. Cryptographic proof that my account has not been compromised is available.

I might just be wrong but I am not far from the truth, people are been paid cash in order for them to test new applications, are you saying this will be done free or there is an incentives attached to it?
