Has anybody used SafePayBTC.com as an Escrow service for trading?

Was going to use BTCrow.com but they are currently for sale on Flippa.

I can't use a trusted forum member unfortunately because the seller is outside the forum.

There is other website , you can check my post here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1092959.msg11649922#msg11649922 (you could found it if you did some research but well .. ) also check the post below mine which speaks about SafePayBTC however he only said it's running since one year and didn't give enough informations it .
