It's always exciting when your coin gets listed on an exchange.
Imagine what its like when an exchange gets listed on your coin!

Today at a Bitcoin conference in Denmark, at this very moment, Ronny Boesing is announcing just that.

Cryptonomex, Bit-X, and CCEDK are announcing a new partnership that will change everything in the crypto industry.
Here's Ronny's Press Release and our Big BitShares Bulletin of the Week:

The BitShares Blockchain now has a whole new purpose.

Not only is it a second generation coin containing a decentralized exchange that produces smart-currency products...
Now it's also a transparent inter-company network letting exchanges give their customers and assets trading access to customers and assets on other exchanges.

Instead of competing with traditional exchanges,
we are multiplying the markets they can enjoy by networking with each other.

Here's the details about why this is revolutionary:

Now that you've had time to absorb all the cool new features in BitShares 2.0, its time to start unveiling some of the implications about what is possible.  In this post, I'll lay out one of them.

The BitShares blockchain can serve as a backbone
to support live trading between traditional exchanges.

Now, instead of having separate shallow markets inside their own stovepipe order books, they can use BitShares to enable all their customers to trade all their assets with the customers and assets of other exchanges.  Small exchanges can band together to attract medium exchanges to join them to compete with still bigger exchanges.  Like a rolling stone.

This greatly expands the network effect, liquidity and market depth of all participants.  A bigger pie for everyone.

And with our new referral system, every participating exchange keeps their own profits from signing up their own customers and issuing their own assets.

We have the perfect way for them to safely compete and cooperate on a single, compelling, transparent exchange network.

The BitShares Exchange Network.

So, exchanges can do more than just serve as gateways and bridges.
They can publish their own order books transparently on our blockchain.
So everyone can KNOW that they are honest and solvent.

And every customer holds the keys to their own assets, fully decentralized where they won't be such juicy targets for hackers.
With easy to use multi-sig accounts to make those decentralized accounts even more secure.

BitShares 2.0 has the industrial strength to handle the workload of all member crypto exchanges combined.
It is the perfect application to serve as an inter exchange networking back bone.
(Almost like we planned it that way.)

Yeah, but it will never happen, right?

Not so fast! Check out this week's Big BitShares Announcement!

CCEDK.com will put its exchange on a transparent block chain offering to trade with other exchanges there.
(And provide them fiat ramps and crypto-aware debit card support in the mix.)

Sounds pretty nifty, is there any technical documentation on how its facilitated?

It's proprietary and a secret. The BitShares guys used BTS holders funds to create their secret centralized for profit company that is going to license all the Bitshares code.

Stay away from this scam. Every six months these guys are asking for money from their Koolaid drinkers.

It is open source licensed for unrestricted use by BitShares, a decentralized unmanned exchange run by its stakeholders.

Cryptonomex is a centralized, for profit, flesh and blood software company founded by a bunch of young geeks with big dreams.

The stuff Silicon Valley legends are made of.

And yes, we are in a never-ending fund raising mode - big plans require a reliable ability to pay the bills.

We intend to create a whole new playing field and be the best team on it.

That's what investors expect in the high tech start up arena.

I liked this parallel article on cryptonewstoday.com.  Gives another perspective.

Oh, and if it wasn't obvious, this is great news for all you other coins.

Our multi-currency Nanocard also lets you spend your coins just like a debit card.

So now there's really no need to go around trying to get merchants to accept your coin.

Just get these guys to accept it!

This levels the playing field with Bitcoin's network effect just a little bit.

There.  Another peace offering for you.  Smiley

We've been having fun watching this map fill in with dots for a while now.

It seems like there are probably some people on this forum who might like to be the first to put their home town on our map.

Feel free to stake your bragging rights in the "I was there when..." category.

Can't wait to see this up and running.  If successful, this will change crypto as we know it.

The BitShares community is tackling real world financial issues and with the referral system in place could cause a huge snowball effect.  "Thinking Bigger" is going to pay off.

My personal Testimony

This, is, AWESOME.

  • I SEPA transferred (IBAN & BIC) some euros into CCEDK.
  • The euros showed up in my account at CCEDK in about 24 hours.
  • I was emailed upon the deposit.
  • I traded some of it into BTS.
  • I initiated a withdrawal to my BTS wallet.
  • It emailed me a hash that I copied/pasted into the withdrawal page.
  • A few seconds later, here it is:

So, if you haven't tried CCEDK yet, get in there now, you'll love it!
My NanoCard should arrive this week too.. I'm going to the (fiat only) coffee shop to spend some some crypto! Cool

I remember Bitcoin Indonesia showing some interested in BitShares a while back, any news on that? Have you or do you plan to contact them?

Stratis: Same supply as Ethereum + Masternodes + ICOs + Bitcoin a Core Dev. 90% cheaper than Eth. Do the math.
