Mine has $220/$1000 (d/m) for PaySafeCard. For some reason they have lowered the Ukash-limits to $82/$825.

Fees for credit-cards are $0.49 + 3.5%.

Not 100% sure, but I do know the Level 3 VirWox accounts are less scrutinized, provide instant withdraws, etc.,
However, I do know the more you use the exchange in any given month you're provided a discount until it resets the next month.
