Oh, well... I have just tried a second time to withdraw ERC from Staisybit (after more than 3 days waiting for the first attempted withdrawal to complete and after more than 22 hours of sending an e-mail to support@staisybit.com regarding the first - failed - withdrawal attempt). I can not comment on Alberto's personal life and/or problems as I don't know anything about that. All I can say is that this service is terrible. It seems that Matthias (a.k.a. szenekonzept) and Steve (a.k.a. metamorphin) have no real administrative or operational power over Staisybit and (in the best case scenario) they might be as screwed as the rest of the users with funds blocked in that "service", if not more screwed because they endorsed it enthusiastically. Please refrain from posting positive reactions about Staisybit! The track record of that operation is at least shady and littered with deceit. In case of a court action I will be very happy to provide sufficient proofs for my claims. As of this moment, I'll wait no longer than 1 (one) week to retrieve my coins (swapped or otherwise). If that doesn't happen, I'll consider this operation a scam and I will treat it accordingly. I have been trying to withdraw my ERC for months and will never happen. I tried to make a withdrawal days ago, but nothing.....I will try again to withdraw my ERC but I don't have high hopes. If you are looking for an online web staking wallet have a look at: POSWallet they are new but they have a clear interface and deposits and withdrawals work and they seem as transparent as anyone else in this business. If you want to stake online, go check it out and leave Staisybit alone.Just to make it clear, I have no involvement with this service but they have added Mojocoin amongst others and I have staked there and made withdrawals; and it worked!!!EBK1000, I apologize your thoughts about staisybit. Yes support is a mess. But believe me, if we could reach them directly, we wouldnt act like u see. Have a look at Europecoin thread, and you will see our (we three musketeers, Matthias, Chris and me) kind of work. But even YOU were lost in your OWN project as a scam, because your personals lack of well working engine. You already forgot the exclusive directly channel only made for YOU. However, I deeply apologize everything here, and try to get a list of ppl, where I can help and, I know, you even never read our postings, Matthias already offered it, to get a list of problems with ur wallets, to help you directly. But like always, you decide for your own, to make things more complicate than needed. I am here with Matthias, and we wanna help out, where we can. PM us. Steve I just wanted to get my ERC out of Staisybit but it's not possible. Simple as that and I am just saying that maybe there are alternatives that work. I was trying to send my ERC to convert. I downloaded the V3 wallet and went to your change site and made a withdrawal from Staisybit to convert my ERC but it simply doesn't work. I can log in (sometimes) and see my wallet and my balance but I can't access it. Nobody is answering support, I think that no matter how much you believe that it will all work out people have a genuine reason to complain. The exclusive channel doesn't help me to make an ERC withdrawal and there is no support there either. Mojocoin is not a scam, you will see that if you follow what we are doing. This is simply about making an ERC withdrawal from Staisybit and nothing else. It just don't work for months now.

Well, I don't know what did the trick, but I had a response to my (first) e-mail to support@staisybit.com asking for a withdrawal address. After I provided it, in less than 15 minutes I got a reply wit the tx hash and the coins were in my (old, v2) wallet. It appears that Matthias is right: this operation is not a scam, it is just poorly managed in relation with user/customer support. If Staisybit improves on that, I might consider using it in the future. Throwing stones is easy, stopping them in mid-flight is orders of magnitude more difficult. Have fun, 'cause life is too short

We care for every user here! I had today a nice meeting with staisybitdev online. It was a very fruitful discussion. And he accepted that, that we have to manage the support. But dont be impatient now...we organize everything now. :-) again. I AM SO DAMN HAPPY, that rmd73 got his coins!!!! Greetz Steve

Bright future? DMD changed from syncing to forked. ENRG --> forked OK --> forked FUEL --> forked Meta and Matthias are doing the best they can, yes. Just seems that they cant do anything to solve the real problems.

Tried to move some V2 ERC to Staisybit from Bleutrade 2 days ago. Withdraw on Bluetrade confirmed. Not showing up in Staisybit wallet.
I know that there is a swap going on. I had only 4.5 coins, not enough for a swap.
Not having good experiances with online staking wallets. I lost coins on coinwallet due to their taking wallets offline and some forking. They had good customer service right up to when they gave 30 day notice of shutting down, and then they quit responding to emails/twitter.
With the dev here acknowledging he needs to do better on customer support; things will be better. It won't be overnight.

Just seems that they cant do anything to solve the real problems. It may be so. Yesterday, I tried to withdraw some DMD out of my Staisybit account and confirmed the email but nothing happened. It is still today and I haven't received my DMD yet. Seeing things like these makes me very disappointed and will change my decision into not using the platform ever again. Here is proof of the withdrawal confirmation (which I have already did confirmed via email): Address for withdrawal: dWYqqJPGzZDUCh6ZS62S88mS3eeusMpzVL Amount requested: 21.40 DMD Block Explorer proof: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/dmd/address.dws?dWYqqJPGzZDUCh6ZS62S88mS3eeusMpzVL.htmAs you can see, there is no 21.40 DMD I have requested into that address.

I guess that it will take a pretty long time for this issue to be solved. I have tried to withdraw my DMD balance (and confirmed the request via email) but I haven't received the requested amount into my DMD wallet. They should consider to leave an active team into the Staisybit platform in order to assure customer trust and satisfaction in using these services. That is why until now, I wouldn't deposit any more coins into Staisybit unless they become more active.

StaisyBit will not recognize my password. My password has not worked since they were shutdown and reopened. I have emailed to get it re-set but no response.
Still no reply on the above issue. Emailed twice. Thank you, Ron

Now that is something that should get us worried, since it seems that StaisyBit has been left behind. Even so, I have been waiting since the day I have requested to withdraw my DMD balance, but no response on here the forum as well as nothing solved related to this issue. That is why, I'm just decided to take out all my coins and never use the service again. It's sad but the harsh truth, unless they decide to take things seriously with the platform then I'm in. Otherwise, I'm out.

I guess they have none. The Staisybit team has been kept quiet over the last days, which seems very suspicious not being able to solve my issues (and neither other's issues as well). This will turn out to be left in the dark, abandoned, and forgotten. That is why it is better to stake your own coins in a VPS. Just my opinion.

I'm with you mate. It has been several weeks since I have requested help for withdrawing my DMD balance out of Staisybit and still no response. That is why, the illusion of having a useful cloud staking service is gone. It is better to stake your own coins in a Raspberry Pi and leaving it staking there 24/7. You will have access of your private keys, which means that there will be no worries of having your coins stolen or forgotten.
