It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

You mean what pools have what hash power? And how much of the hashing power is mining solo? If so head over to www.bitcoinwatch.com

If you mean some other kind of distribution, such as gepgraphic, sorry, dunno if such a list or map exists.
