I think this is rather fast method to trade

What is Akimbo? I googled and I found this : https://akimbocard.com/ , Is it their official website ? If yes then yes you can and it's very simple . Akimbo is a Credit card and there is some services that allow buying Bitcoins using Credit Cards like : Bit-x.com & Virwox .
but you should know that Virwox take some huge fees as I've been told.
and here is a full list of website (but you still should be careful) of website that sell BTC using CC : https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/How_To_Buy_Bitcoins_With_Your_Credit_Card

Yes it https://akimbocard.com/ is their site. I've read that there are a lot of problems buying btc with credit cads. I would prefer to transfer money from my akimbo account to the sellers one.

That would be hard ? I'am not sure if Akimbo have Card to card functionality so you send to users money , even if it does that would be hard because most of people use Neteller as credit card , you can check the currency exchange section on the marketplace here
you can try Bit-x , they accept fiat deposit methods (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (USD and EUR) - At the moment allowed for verified users only. Limits: 5000 USD per day. PAUSED (will resume in the near future) )
may want to see the official announcement thread here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=874312

Be very careful. I tried using a service recently like this coinmx and it didn't work, my card didn't get charged but I started receiving all these weird and suspicious emails and there was no way to opt out. I had to mark it as spam and now my provider just sends it there automatically.
