Paytm money sending problem

Now when i try to send or receive money in my paytm wallet , it tells me that my wallet is not setup to send/receive money and please message 'SM' to 53030 to get a invite.

i did , been waiting 3 days
nothing hapened

I have tried on accounts which account mobile no. Is not working now

No problem to me with paytm transfer

i applied for it like 2-3 weeks ago ,i got the message that it's activated but it still not working
