I always wonder about these 100 sized usd/10 btc loans. If you are american how in the heck r u getting online when u dont have a 100 bucks in ur pocket??? R u in ur moms basement? If yes.. Why would anyone want to loan to you.. Serious question.

Because he has a repayment plan and collateral?

 Not sure what the investment is for, and thats probably something you would need to discuss with a potential lender, but the collateral and fairly detailed payout plan is probably a good start.

Seams like alot of work for the lender for 10.8BTC, Why not transfer OBSI.HRPT shares and use interest to pay off loan, then transfer back when complete. taking 56.8 days instead of 141.
