It depends on what mode of payment do you want to receive payment in . You can generally use a bitcoin exchange like Circle or Bitstamp for trading your btc to usd and then getting it in your bank or you can use something like 100bit.co.in or localbitcoin for trading for other options. A simple google would have given you the answer.

Btc-e is one of the best but it also depends where you want to withdraw the usd afterwards, in btc-e you can do it to visa/mastercard or directly to your bank with fees not too high, you can also withdraw to paypal but the fee is 7% and the min is 500$

I have only used a small handful of services but I have found Btc-e to be the best service.  They have a pretty nice site and service.

It hardly matters where you live as majority of exchange sites support all countries. I would go with Circle.com as it has a good international presence and allows you to even purchase using a CC . Bitstamp is good for its new multisig wallet after the recent hack. So it will be atleast safer.

Btc-e for me is the website you are looking for. Otherwise you can look for a local exchange in you city or someone that exchange/buy BTC here on forum, just look in marketplace section.

but not all the exchange support sepa, this is the difference, we all know that sepa is much faster compared to a standard wire transfer, and if you are european it better to have that option

If its a small amount then you should use localbitcoins ,there you will get higher value for your BTC but if its a big amount then try BTC-e or bitfinex .

I would recommend Payza, if you have a verified account.
I used to recommend BitStamp, but their wire withdrawals are very slow.
