You better change your password immediately. Careful people, this is a solid claim and I'll quote it in case of edits.
Changing the password alone won't do him any good if he is still infected, the owner of trojan can simply read out new password.
It would be the bast to run AV/antimallware,check teask manager for unknown programs/services, check the startup list in registry, and look at outgoing connections after closing all programs with netstat (cmd)
