Hi There Iam also new in Mining World and tryd it. U can do it with ur Computer, but it is very slow at the actual difficulty=Strenght of Calculating/seeking a Block. If u want some Homeminer - I got some to sell. Also it is cool to use Cloudmining. But carefully beware of Scammers like BitcoinCloudservices in this month.
regards

try and read the sticked topics on top of each board of the forum to learn the rules and the general information you need to know. there are all the boards that you need here and a dedicated board on mining which you can ask your questions there.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip. Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Hello and welcome to Bitcointalk! This forums is owned by the Bitcoin community. It is one of the most visited Bitcoin forums. You can gain 14 activity every two weeks. One post will give you one activity. Upon reaching 30 Activity, you will be promoted to Jr. Member. I wont be saying all the rank here since it is very long. You can check here if you wish - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=237597.0. I can't answer you how mining is done. However, my advise to you is not to believe in any type cloud mining companies. Some of them is ponzi scheme and some of them is not. Even if it is legit cloud mining companies, it is not profitable to cloud mine Bitcoin. I tried cloud mining half a year back and I'm not getting any profit yet.. Purchasing and selling of Bitcoin is also known as trading. You can trade in this forums (remember to use escrow) and at exchange platform such as OKCoin.

So sad! This profile does not appear as the #1 result (on anonymous) Google searches anymore.
Time to be active on the crypto forums again? Proud to be one of the few Legendary members of the Sparkie Red Dot!
Gonna put this on my resume if I ever join a cryptocurrency/blockchain industry!

Hello Lady, its good to see some more ladies here Welcome to the forums and bitcoins! Don't jump in too fast, there is a lot to learn. Be careful to not get scammed, it can happen sometimes. Basically just don't trust anyone lol. I found for myself that coinbase is a good place to get started with buying coins. I also have used poloniex, c cex, and bittex, and I like those too. Have fun!

If you wish to mine, check out bitmaintech.com and pick up one of their ASIC's. Their newer miners have decent efficiency, are affordable, and overclock well.

Forum is a nice place to learn and discuss bitcoin related topics. But it would be nice if you read some hard facts first. I don't want you to read all bitcoin wiki and remember everything but I suggest you real nice and easy to understand Bitcoin FAQ from https://bitcoin.org/en/faq It is really helpful.

- Start here - https://bitcoin.org - Educate yourself on BTC & what you're dealing with, learn about public keys & private keys. - Choose a wallet, the website above will give you a selection of different wallets but https://blockchain.info is possibly best for beginners as an online wallet, maybe don't keep too many bitcoins on there. - Set up a paper wallet to send BTC to for your main stash, please see - https://bitaddress.org- Don't bother to attempt mining as a noob. You can buy bitcoins from people on here but there are some untrustworthy people so maybe use an exchange, the main ones are - https://www.bitstamp.nethttps://btc-e.comhttps://www.bitfinex.comhttps://exchange.coinbase.comThis forum https://bitcointalk.org is one of the best places as a noob, I learnt a lot from people here, you can ask anything and somebody will always endeavour to help you. Just have patience, be calm & learn. BTC is a great investment for the future, enjoy yourself, have fun but remember the main rule with bitcoin - SECURITY.
