Hello guys, I know I'm new, and I wouldn't feel comfortable with trading a new member ether. However I have np going first as well as signing an agreement for our trade. The agreement will state:

"Virtual goods have already been received. This account belongs to me and I will not charge back with credit card issuer or anything else. This transaction is final and no refunds will be asked for. I will not claim unauthorized account access through PayPal and I am in full control of my paypal account at the time of making this purchase. I am over 18 years old."

Or any other purchase methods involving paypal.

With that being said, I need $20 BTC. According to google, 1 BTC is equal to $247. So I'll need 0.08 BTC's. Hope to trade with one of you guys soon.

fail.

How else is a new member going to buy BTC's here? I only have access to paypal currently. My paypal debit card request has been approved since yesterday, then I'll be able to use other methods, but right now, this is my only option. But please don't be a child posting unnecessary comments such as yours.

Just Use Faucets and make it in 20 days Wink

see my Best Faucet List:

regards

I will look into that in the future, but I currently need the BTC's right now. Thank you.

U Can also Buy BTC on several Exchange Markets like cex.io. But i would never trust the English Guys again... Ebay or any Auction with Escrow Service is better.

i can also offer u that Coins for 25€.

Exactly, I read into those sites before I came here. I always prefer to deal with forum trades over company trades, as I myself, am a seller, and prefer trading one on one with people.

To buy with paypal you could use Virwox. It allow you to deposit via PayPal and then exchange money with linden dollars (LSS). Then you can exchange LSS with BTC. So you pay 3 times fees (deposit fees, 1st exchange, 2nd exchange) but now it's the only method to buy with PayPal. I think nobody here on the forum will trade with a new user, sorry but this is the truth.

Completely understandable, but I hope someone can give me the benefit of the doubt.

I'm sorry to say it, but i don't think anybody will... When i wanted to buy a $5 usbstick on this forum with paypal, nobody was interested either... When i exchanged my paypal to BTC, i got 3 offers in the next 2 days. I know it's frustrating when you have good intentions, but in our current rank, i guess virwox is the only viable alternative  Sad

I'll do it. As a newer member, I had a terrible time getting anyone to trade PayPal and bitcoin. They keep saying 'build up trust', but if no one will trade with you, how you gonna do that?

So I'll trade my bitcoin for your PayPal, as long as we can also trade trust at the end. pm me if you want.

Well, what did you expect?  It is a bitcoin forum, not a paypal forum.

How does one build up reputation from the beginning?  Perhaps, you could use other, less easily reversible methods, like bank transfer.  I was able to trade paypal to BTC because I was an active participant on the forums for a couple of months before I started buying.

This should never be a prerequisite for any trade.
There are several ways to gain BTC without the use of Paypal, just read around a bit and you'll see how.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

The thing is, I'm in the same situation as the OP. I earned some bitcoins, but I don't have any payment system other than PayPal and Payza. I don't have Skrill, PerfectMoney, or any other system, and I don't want to open up a lot of new accounts that I won't use. I can buy bitcoins through Payza or Virvox, but they are slow or expensive.

Paypal for small amounts is the easiest way for me to trade at the moment.

Its very frustrating I know but nobody will sell btc to a newbie for Paypal because its reversible even when sent to friends or family up to 180 days after the transaction date.

It will be ok once you've built some reputation / trust but that takes time I'm afraid.

Unfortunately you will need to look at other options like bank transfer, cash deposit, localbitcoins etc.

OmegaCollector was kind enough to do the trade with me. As I stated, I know a lot of people have a hard time trusting newbies, including myself, but you have to start somewhere. I got my BTC, she got the cash. Hope to trade with more of you guys in the future when I get my PayPal card, so I can use other methods. This thread is now closed. Thanks again omega <3.
