The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

My support tickets were about 2 factor authentication which had stopped working. I am unable to do anything with my account.

It would make sense if nefario is in London, he was dealing with the tickets himself.

I have problems with logging in to my account and end up doing password reset quite often. I have 2-factor authentication and I really doubt someone is able to log in to my account and change the password. None of my bitcoins have been stolen. It's weird and might be related to me connecting to my account from different computers. Regarding 2-factor authentication I noticed that GLBSe time is a bit behind the time in my Google Authenticator and I need to wait until the time period to enter the code is at least halfway through to press the withdraw button. Try this, or try it when you are connected to internet and Google Authenticator can synchronize with te server. BTW, GLBSE support is pain in the ass, I had to wait 2 weeks to have my ticket resolved and be able to issue additional shares. Nefario is responsible for almost everything and no other can do most of the tasks.

A couple suggestions,

When it fails and you are asked to do the CAPTCHA, ... don't go back to the previous form and try again,

REALLY use the form with the CAPTCHA.

And another thing ... the timing seems to be really tight.  Enter the CAPTCHA part first, then enter your OTP with plenty of time before it expires.  If GLBSE's site is running slow, it seems to not process the login request right away and by the time it does, the OTP is then no longer valid.  So you want to submit the form as soon as you've entered the OTP.

And yet one more thing.  If the time on the device with Google Authenticator is wrong, the OTPs it generates will be invalid.  Perhaps reboot the device and hopefully that will trigger the device to do a time synch that is more accurate.
