I seem to be missing some things in my phpmyadmin; for example, in my Faucetinabox_Settings file, there is no asn_ban_list, which other users seem to have.
Is this normal? If not, how can I get it fixed?
update to the latest version of the faucetbox script. As catcatcatcaty mentioned, update to the previous faucetbox script. You should be notified for any updates of a new version. If this still didn't fix, download the completely script and install everything from scratch. Cheers Salmen

I have factory reset my mobile and now I can't recover Google Authenticator. I also have no backup codes. I have two different Faucetbox accounts ahmedjadoon and ahmedjadoon2 for my two faucets. Same for both of them Is there any way out of this?

You won't be able to login again to these accounts. However if you have access to any API keys associated with these accounts and don't have safety limits enabled, you can use the "Manual send" option in Faucet in a BOX admin panel to withdraw all your funds. Then you can create new account and transfer your coins to this new account, this time saving the backup codes .

No that's the point of google auth, all you can do now is to try to prove faucetbox admin that you are the real owner and he can disable 2FA for you! If it would be easy to recover google auth, then there would be no point to use it

We won't disable it for anyone, there's too much risk that we'll get social engineered by some hacker and screw up verification.

I think I can wait till these accounts are emptied(I have deposited enough for 3 weeks or so) and then I create new Faucetbox accounts and add them to my websites. Still it would be a lot better if my accounts are restored one of them is at least a few years old. I can prove in any possible way that I am the actual owner by accessing hosting accounts for both sites(or uploading some file) one is at Fatcow and other one at Hawkhost and also my 3 years old bitcointalk account proves I own these websites.

That's the problem with 2FA... My sugestion to you is: left a cellphone always at home only for 2FA use... How hard is for you to pick back your phone number? I think it's easy to do that...

That problem is solved by Backup codes. You just have to print them and store somewhere.

First transaction is from yesterday and time is around 20.55 CEST, and second transaction is from today 11.02 CEST.

Hello Kazuldur, can you check is this transaction happened?
I try to withdraw yesterday and today from extrabitco.in and it say that satoshi was sent to my address but nothing is there/owner say it is FaucetBOX bug.
First transaction is from yesterday and time is around 20.55 CEST, and second transaction is from today 11.02 CEST.
No trace of the one from screenshot, but the one from 11.02 CEST came through correctly (and transfered 16072 satoshi). That's the problem with 2FA...
My sugestion to you is: left a cellphone always at home only for 2FA use...
That problem is solved by Backup codes. You just have to print them and store somewhere. So you are not doing anything in this regard even if I verify I'm owner every possible way? The problem is that we can't really verify that. All examples you've given earlier (bitcointalk account, access to hosting etc.) could probably be faked by a hacker if he had managed to hack your email address. It's really easy to social engineer admins into giving out access like that and there are many cases where that lead to severe consequences. So yes, we are not doing anything in this regard.

So when I use one of the backup m2fa authentication codes, the one of the 10 codes that I use is no longer valid?

It would likely be a lot easier for you to use the FaucetBOX API on a separate page in order to get an updated statistic for your balance. Just something like this in a .php file should work (I believe): <?php $apiKey = 'INSERTAPIKEYHERE'; echo 'Balance:' . json_decode(file_get_contents('https://faucetbox.com/en/api/v1/balance/?api_key=' . $apiKey))->balance_bitcoin . 'BTC'; ?>
This would show your balance in full Bitcoins, if you wanted it in Satoshi you could replace balance_bitcoin with just balance.

Is this on a FaucetBOX faucet that you are the admin of? If so, change $display_errors to true at line 7 of your config.php and see if you get any errors returned when claiming.

If you're not the admin of this faucet and you have no reason to think it's broken, then most likely your IP address or cryptocoin address was banned by the admin.
