just curious -- why would anyone want to buy a neg trust account? aren't they generally not allowed to join signature campaigns? and obviously, people are probably unsuccessful trying to scam with such an account.

A few campaigns accept users with negative trust, so I suspect it would just be used to make money with a signature campaign.
