What is the reason for the untrusted feedback? Is the user who gave it has the chance to be in default trust?

Nope, I wouldn't even lend the person in the first place if the account has a neg feedback from a user with default trust.

It is only a untrusted negative feedback

Negative trust means I wont be able to enroll myself in any of the signature campaigns . If you can do anything for that you must notify .

The negative feedback is untrusted so your trust wont go red and you can still join signature campaign with the account

I have bolded the untrusted part, I hope this will help others again who will post the same thing.
