I agree to pay 3.1 BTC for a 1Oz sunshine mint .999 Fine Silver bullion bar to Bitcool. Bitcool has agreed to ship first, and the 3.1 BTC payment is to be sent immediately after receiving the bar.

Short, simple, and no MNW clauses in there.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. Server-assisted clients like blockchain.info rely on centralized servers to do their network verification for them. Although the server can't steal the client's bitcoins directly, it can easily execute double-spending-style attacks against the client.

Bitcool is being pretty cool about this! He's sending first, and he's giving you a decent price.

How about the shipping? How much is that? Is it tracked?

Forgive my ignorance, but what's a MNW clause?

Alright, I will be locking the thread for now until the item is recieved, and payments have been made, when we can complete the agreement.

The MNW thing was a joke about Matthew N Wright's recent 10,000 BTC bet, where he used some odd wording which allowed him to send himself money upon losing.

I recieved the silver, and everything checked out. The payment has been sent, and Bitcool can confirm.
