If you can't control your addiction, try putting most or all of your remaining bitcoin in a paper wallet or an offline wallet, such that you will have to go through a lot of trouble if you want to make a bet. The troublesome will hopefully stop you from doing so.

for example, you have to put a lot of time in going to a casino, the distance and all since it might not be close to everyone, while you can do online gambling anywhere and anytime you want. you can do it on your phone while going to work, lying in bed, ....

you should always be on alert that you can lose money you have deposited you should not expect to win in that amount.
