Are there any certain restrictions on these codes? Can you only use one per transaction? Region locked? Do you offer a warrenty if the codes go bad? Are these codes obtained in any illegal manner?

I received a vouch copy and it comes as PDF. I am not able to check today to see if its been used or not but here are the terms on the certificate itself.

Not valid towards downloadable content, gift cards, reservations, or POSA cards
Maximum 3 certificates per day, per member

These only work in the US or US territories. These are supposed to stack but in my experience I've only been able to get them to stack if you use a rewards card during the transaction. When I tried to use a $25.00 and $15.00 rewards cert without a powerup card their system would only take one.
