I'm not aware of any debit card or credit card that you can use to buy BTC with directly. I'm only aware of bank transfers or wires. I'd love to know what cards could be used but it's probably more on the side of the BTC seller  - if they accept MC, Visa, Discover, Amex, etc.

why you can't simply use your wallet? i don't see the point of any credit card, bitcoin is born to destroy them, and there are still people that feel the need to use that piece of plastic

then i suppose, it is true that people are still too attached to the current monetary system, and maybe it is the only thing preventing them from accepting bitcoin at 100%

in my country for example there are few shops , retailers, professionals who accept payment in bitcoin , so I might even have a wallet with 1,000 btc in, but if I can not spend it , I necessarily need to convert  in fiat or send it in my credit/debit card

you can simply send your bitcoin on your mobile wallet, or use their online shop(they have one right?), if they have no online service, my first proposal should be good enough, just a quick qr scan and you're done no need to waste money on random credit/debit card

Debit cards will always have fees and - maybe more important - exchange rates you may not like. It would be much better to pay directly with your BTC wallet whenever possible and, for money, make yourself the exchange and transfer to your normal (usd) card.
Also, I'd advise you to purchase such a card only if you plan to use it on a regular basis, because else you may face "inactivity" fees...

But to answer to your question, the 2 options I know of are Bit-X and Xapo. And, if you care to join to Bit-X campaign you'll also can benefit of a Bit-X card with no fee for emitting it.

I have personally used both the E-Coin card (on about 7 or 8 occasions now - all in-store) and the Bit-X Mastercard (for online purchases only).

Both of these cards perform as expected. Not sure about availability to your country though, so you might want to check that first.

Bitcoin cards have more disadvantage than fiat cards, especially unstable bitcoin price & big fees

Just use smartphone, scan the address & pay it Smiley
It's simpler & cheaper than using bitcoin cards

Most shops dont accept bitcoins yet so bitcoin cards has a few advantages

It's here the problem, shops that don't accept bitcoin payment,
you must be stupid if your shop accept bitcoin and you go to pay whit a bitcoin-based  card...

I've been using ADV cash and it's going great!  I'm using the virtual card at the moment, and they charge no fees for purchases, with no monthly or annual fees.  It's $1 to get a card and $0.99 per deposit.

I think it is easier to use cash, if you want to use bitcoin just use a smartphone,
it is cheaper in the cost of the transaction and not too complicated to me
