this is not a bad Idea. but a faucet can afford this I strongly doubt it.. if OP hire some social marketers to promote his faucet in various social sites and pay them in bitcoin. it will cost him so much money.
faucets are already very expensive and need to invest and fill the faucet wallet constantly to pay users. and earning almost nothing of a faucet without adsense.

I think OP should do all promotion himself.

Well , You can try Neobux.com and clixsense they offer you very cheap traffic , I guess 1000 Clicks for 1$ don't know if they have changed the price.
Last year when I used the neobux prices were the same as I told above.

That is a good suggestion though but I will also add that you can try BTCclicks too. They offer good service and their charges are bearable for 1000 view of about 10 seconds you get to pay about 6 dollars in btc. The traffic there could meet your targeted audience since that is also focused more on Bitcoin…

I got the same error as you, soo whats the purpose into advertising something that isnt working or has some issue, anyway op if you fix your website i will take a look into it.

You need to post the link of your faucet rotator in the micro-earnings section.Start a topic there and tell details about it,and some users might be interested in your faucet.You can share it in facebook and twitter as well and make a page about your faucet in facebook and try to get many likes these and post updates about faucet there.

You can post your website on hundreds of web directories, social media,  etc. Like this you will get much better visitor's and exposure to your faucet.

There are two options: 1 - you have money ; 2 you have not.

If you ask this questions here, im 99,99 % sure that you are option 2.

If you don't have money, the only way to promote your faucet is to open threads like this, and be active on all forums about "earning bitcoins"

You can also contact with other faucets owners and propose them "banners exchange". You can also contact with services like btcclicks.com , bitcoinclix.com and buy very cheap traffic..

Once whennI had a faucet, I put it up at some faucet list site, and I gained alot of traffic, just by one link.
So if u do that process alot of times, u will get like over 10.000 pageviews per day.

It is very good advice to get traffic.. Problems are starting when we start speaking about advertisers..

In other words - if you get very high traffic from .. yea, from where? Advertisement Networks - for example AdSense will shut your account in one-two weeks.

I think instead of advertising at neobux and clixsense it is much better to invest in a bitcoin related CPM site. like a-ads or mellowads etc.
because neobux is not a bitcoin related and people there mostly don't know about faucets.. so advertising there may won't give the benefit which you can get from a bitcoin related site.
buy ad space in famous sites. like moonfucet. bitco.in etc.

Adsense will not shut you down if you have alot of content that is not realted to the faucet.
If the faucet is the main target of your goal, it will get rejected, so in order to profit from adsense, u must have alot of other quality content and have a stable website for a few months.

Best is to give prizes to your players to share site on social networks. They will work for themselves if you allow them to put their referral link, also you can pay them directly on their accounts on your site. Weekend promotions, daily promotions is what attract masses.
Of course for better promotion try to spend more, and more you spend more will return too you. Don`t ever feel sorry cause you are investing in marketing, cause just like that you can make profit one day. If people don't hear for your faucet they will not come.

The earnings from the faucets are lower so the best idea is that you look for those places where people are happy with lower earnings or people do not have much skills to have higher income, like you should have to advertise on PTC sites or other faucet sites etc.
