[06-22-2015] Case Wallet Raises $1.5 Million In Seed Funding

Case Wallet, a digital currency hardware wallet manufacturer, has received $1.5 million in seed funding from several prominent VC funds. The seed funding round was organized by FuturePerfect Ventures.

Additionally, RRE Ventures, High Line Venture Partners and the Rochester Institute of Technology Fund also participated in this funding round. The Case wallet has been available for pre-order since May, for $200 each. The first units should begin shipping sometime during the summer.

Sounds like it's an extremely secure portable wallet that is the size of a large tablet. It's not something that you'd store large amounts of money on I wouldn't think.

From the pictures on their site it seems to be a little larger than a normal credit card.
