Forget that it defies the Laws of Physics and all current manufacturing capabilities, it is 20Th and only draws 2100 watts -- Most importantly it must be true because its on eBay.  And if I am not mistaken, wasn't that picture used in a 10 Th scam recently.

I love how the highlighted features are the DVI/HDMI ports to connect your monitor and the USB ports to connect your keyboard and mouse.  Poor dumb bastards that actually place an order for this thing... another day another scam I guess.

Jonny's Pool - Mine with us and help us grow!  Support a pool that supports Bitcoin, not a hardware manufacturer's pockets!  No SPV cheats.  No empty blocks.

What's kinda odd about this is that in general, there a huge number of buyer protections on Ebay. If somebody buys one and it doesn't get delivered, assuming they use PayPal, they shouldn't lose a dime if it doesn't get delivered. Ebay doesn't do "pre orders" and they they discourage/forbid Bitcoin as a form of payment. I don't understand how the seller expects to serious scam anybody.

Doesn't stop people from openly advertising accepting Bitcoin or readily accepting solicitations from people who want to pay in Bitcoin.

In this case, though, a more likely avenue may be a collusion with 'minerslab'.  The e-bay listing is at $6400.  If somebody were to google around for more information about this machine, they'd find the 'official store' is listing it at $4500.  People inclined to purchasing in the first place may well get pushed into an "omg, what a deal!" mindset and make a purchase right there and then ... with Bitcoin ( or Litecoin or Bank transfer - no credit cards/paypal because 'fraud', of course.  And no visitors because 'industrial espionage'  Roll Eyes )

Is it really considered fake? Because looking at the company that produces the product "MinerLab" they were suppose to release a similar product.

The price is considered low for a 20Th/s miner but the power draw is also surprisingly low so it might be fake.

The amount has feedback so I am surprised why they are starting to scam people.

On ebay, positive feedback CAN be faked using dummy accounts and dummy purchases... I guess if you're going to scam a couple of people out of $6000, it's well worth opening a couple fake accounts and doing a couple fake trades to build positive feedback.

I actually looked up the add on ebay, if you look at his feedback, you can just smell the scam: http://feedback.benl.ebay.be/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&ftab=FeedbackAsSeller&userid=bellhu3&iid=151720554599&de=off&items=25&interval=0&mPg=2&page=2

EVERY positive feedback comes from a very cheap sale. There is only one negative feedback, guess what? It was from the only "expensive" item this guy has ever sold, so this account has been used to scam this unlucky dude...

0,005W/GH. Will not happen soon. KnC saying 0,07W/GH with new 16nm process. And newer processes are harder and harder to implement. Maybe in next ten years...

Under development Modular UPGRADEABLE Miner (MUM). Looking for investors.
Changing one PCB with screwdriver and you have brand new miner in hand... Plug&Play, scalable from one module to thousands.

Multiple threads reporting this thing as a SCAM.

 Please don't start new ones.

P.S. Paypal is in and of itself a SCAM by design, don't trust them. Way too many folks (I am one of them) that have been RIPPED OFF BY PAYPAL.

I'm no longer legendary just in my own mind!
