The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

the current minimum amount to be claimed on that faucet is only 350satoshi. 2nd highest reward is 1000. i managed to claim few satoshis on that faucet too when it was 1000 being the minimum award

i only used faucets when i just started with bitcoin and the price was high, even then faucets were not worth the time and effort.

but now i rarely visit faucets, just to cover some transaction fees Cheesy
and i sometimes visit freedogeco.in to top up my reddit account for tipping Wink

I use faucets almost constantly and I've found I can make a total of about 2,000,000 satoshi a day with faucets, which is around $5.00 in BTC currently. Check out my post called Faucet list and info for links to a couple good faucets. I plan on updating it atleast weekly, but I just started it today. I also mine x11 with a gtx960 and gtx460, and mine scrypt with 9 usb asic dualminers I bought off amazon. All in all I make more profit from faucets than I do mining. However this becomes a question of how valuable is your time to you.

At this time I decided stop to use faucet  because all wates of time. I think signature campaigns on Bitcointalk are better than other faucets.

yes of course better, but everyone started to know bitcoin through the faucet, and the longer you know bitcoin, then you will find the best way to produce bitcoin without spending a lot of time.

You know its true, my first coin was dust from a faucet.

I don't use them any more, I think it is a waste of time.  But my favorite was moonbitcoin because the coin built up over time so you could get an ok payout just by logging in once a day.

Me too Smiley I regret that why I don't stop using faucets faster, as the amount of bitcoin I can make is already few time the amount that I can earn in faucets per day and the time used to solve captchas in faucets is more than that it used to make posts, and I can contribute to the bitcoin community be participating in the forum Smiley

honestly, faucets arent worth the time nor the effort; the electricity your computer uses while you visit the faucet and claim it is likely more than the dust you get out of the faucet. besides, there are much better options, like a signature campaign on this forum.

theres nothing here. message me if you want to put something here.

Faucets don't worth it at all , It simply takes too much time unless you are a programmer and you can code a high quality BOT to do all for you then it's another deal , however you will still need accounts from services like DeathByCaptcha which you will have to pay for , and most likely DeathByCaptcha >> Faucet earnings so waste of time and money .

Faucets pay so very very little.  You can in most cases hope for a few cent's a hour.  It is sad, but it's true.

of course I use faucets.
I use my rotator to test if the faucets are till alive
I use the best I know
I use when I have time the new ones.

How can I be against faucet if I am myself a faucet owner?
My purpose is to run a true "market regulated faucet"
With it we can definitively know what is the average reward rate per claim.

All what Peter or Paul or you or me say has no value.
What has value is what the market say and with my faucet you will hear what the market say.

So far the average reward per claim is around 1300 satoshi
You can say it is good or bad...it does not matter...what counts is the market saying it is worth with 1300 satoshi.
Ok it is so far to early to say that 1300 is worth...
I think it will decrease because i think 1300 satoshi for a claim is too very good  Wink

Faucets are nice for new users, i think that is the way to get your first btc, but not a way to make money.

Faucets like http://luckybitfaucet.com/, offer a 10% commission for each referral, win on faucets by referals can be much better that filling captchas.
