Well it seems like a nice rig, I'm just making an offer that seems fairly reasonable. I understand that I don't have a huge rep, so I'll pay upfront or probably use an escrow.(id cover the cost) . And I'm not really trying to outbid evereyone.. I don't think my bid is *high balling* it..

just giving ya a hard time. Its just strange for us seeing these prices when they have been cheaper. But I guess people are willing to pay $400 for 5970's on ebay all day long now

uhm, 5970s for $400? seriously?
If you are mining there's no way a 5970 is worth 400 right now.

Well on eBay a nondescriptive 5970 offer is going for $320 so $400 isn't that far off, one that was used in a normal desktop is going for $350.. Anyways I'll bump up my offer to $1275. Because it seems like the owner wants a bit more. I just want to get this rig set up and running at my place ASAP.

Agree. I was shocked by the 1250 offer. If i was the seller i would take it. Very reasonable.
Ram is worthless. Cdrom worthless. Cpu worthless. Only vid cards, mb, and psu have value to me.

So 200*3=600
Mb about 125.
Psu about 100.
Everything else 50 bucks. Shipping 25...

900... Which even then i dont want it. Take months and months to pay off if ever...

Not trashing your sale. Is good stuff but i am used to good deals. Really good deals.

 Wink

Sometimes I wonder if people buying up some of this stuff have an idea of how many years it'll take to come close to breaking even.

400 is too much for a 5970, but 200 is too little.

Tips? 1crazy8pMqgwJ7tX7ZPZmyPwFbc6xZKM9
