Why not just spend a little time and get involved in the community with your posts rather than buying an account? It would be a much better way to build credibility.

Some users dont want to be in the hassle of waiting 360seconds interval between posts and some are buying accounts to participate in signature campaigns

Actually to be fair, a junior account needs 30 activity, and wouldn't that take 3 activity cycles? So waiting 6 weeks just to be called a junior can be pretty unattractive to some.

Sorry for interrupting but i don't think that you can get jr.member account just by two day posting..
you really need to wait 5-6 weeks for becoming jr.member.

Yes for jr. member rank you need atleast 30 activity and user gets only 14 activity in 2 week's period
so it will need minimum 3 activity periods to become junior member

well it can be done in two weeks and a day, join the day before the activity period, make a post, post the day when the new period starts and that is 28 potential activity, then wait a little over 2 weeks and make another post and the potential is actually 42, it can take a bit over two weeks at minimum
