The job:
Resolve support requests. We currently having 2-3 tickets per day. Most of them require standard response (you may create and use macros).

Requirements:
- Be online from 12:00 to 24:00 GMT.
- Ability to respond in 30 minutes (maximum) after new ticket appeared (you will receive e-mail notifications).
- Excellent English written communication skills, politeness.
- Understanding technical bitcoin concepts: blockchain, bitcoin network confirmations, digital signature, signing and verifying messages using bitcoin address, etc.
- Full understanding mixing process at our site, concept of Letter of Guarantee, etc (read FAQs and follow all mixing steps).

Salary $300/month (bitcoin equivalent).

I think I should be able to help out with this as long as it's not too overly technical. I'm not a super expert on the tech behind bitcoin but am ok and familiar with bitcoin network confirmations, digital signature, signing and verifying messages using bitcoin address etc. I would need to look in depth on how your business works but I'm sure I would pick it up fairly quickly. Let me know if interested and I'd definitely be up for a trail to see if it's something I could do. Thanks.
