The first transaction of BTC for goods that I remember is the 10.000 BTC 2 pizzas one. Does that count as retailer?

I know about the pizza, I mean first actual retail company to accept btc.  I know SR and Wikileaks accepted them, but they aren't really relevant to my current research.
