I couldn't answer the first couple of questions because your questions/categories are too narrow and I don't fit. What degree are you working toward? If you're going to do your entire thesis on Bitcoin alone, and not payment systems in general, you may need to review your questions and have a few more questions than ten. You need a lot of info to fill up a thesis. Mine was 134 pages long including six graphs, four surveys and a couple of flow charts.

Done, I did not get the categories part though... Should it not have been items? Your survey is really very short. 

What can you possibly get from 8 questions? {Why people use Bitcoin and not other payment methods / What do they buy / How old are they / How did they find out about Bitcoin}

Is Bitcoin the main subject of your thesis or only a sub section of a payment system? Anyway.. Good luck.
