Operation:
1. The CE5 black mouthpiece unscrews. Gently unscrew it as there are o-rings inside that prevent leaking that can be knocked loose
2. Add liquid up to the top fill line (1.6 mL). Don't put liquid in the small center hole (this is the airflow hole). Do not overfill above the top black line (1.6mL)
3. Press the button on the battery 5 times to unlock it. When you are finished press the battery 5 times again to lock it so that it does not turn on in your pocket. Note: The batteries come about half way charged (ideal amount for storage). It is recommended to charge before use but if you are eager to test it you can--just don't expect it to last long until you give it a full charge!
