In Slush's Pool... How do i get my GUIMiner password again so i can join pool?

I have an acount for Slush's pool at bitcoin.cz. i use guiminer. i have 2 questions:
1. What do i use as my password for my miner in guiminer? my bitcoin.cz pass or some other password? and if some other password, how do i obtain it?

on the my account screen(https://mining.bitcoin.cz/accounts/profile/) at the bottom you should see register new worker, you then input your login suffix and password...use username.suffix as your username and the password you set as your password

i hope this is what you are referring to... if you already have a worker then you should see the username and password at the bottom of your account screen
