You are being delusional. In fact the waiting has nothing to do with your game being rigged or such because the seed has been published before you even start to roll your game. You as a gambling site owner should know this better than anyone I suppose

People dont need to trust the site if they dont want to because there are alot 3rd party provably fair verifier which can be use. This is an example of a reliable 3rd party verifier if you think you are being cheated http://dicesites.com/provably-fair ( it cover up some famous site )

Well it not 100% true that you cant win on dice sites and gambling site,you can get really lucky once and win a whole bunch of bitcoins
But most of the times you will lose your money on online betting

I can't say about all the games, but for the three games mentioned, their provably fair algorithm is pretty good.  It is in fact very easy to verify the bets yourself if you understand how SHA is calculated.
