The login info was definitely hacked/cracked. I've purchased GS accounts before (from someone else) and they're really easy to use. You just log in through the phone app and create rewards certificates you can use on games or accessories. You can't use them to buy gift cards or point of sale cards like xbox live or PSN subs.
