I have searched the forum lots of bits and pieces but I have not found enough to explain the ins and outs of solo mining
Like if im using phoenix or guiminer to mine what do I direct my miner at and how to setup.

If some one can make screen shots and or videos step by step for noobs I would be willing to Donate 2 BTC coins for the video.

I understand how pools work but I would like to setup one of my systems to do solo mining to see if i ever get lucky and find a block on my own some how.

thanks

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.
