I'm definitely going to lend people in the future, it just sounds exciting. But my lawyer has advised me to have contracts prepared for people to sign as they will stand up better in court.

This is what I'm planning to request from people:
-legitimate contract prepared by lawyer that states how much is being loaned and how much is going to be returned and at a specific date
-promisory note
-collateral
-credit rating
-referrals from others
-co-signor

Anyways just putting this out there as there seems to be issues with lending/borrowing in this place.

Lending bitcoins sucks, as we are all finding out. It is "exciting," though.
