In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

I see 1 generate transaction!

It looks to be a few minutes after the previous block so I think that miner refused all tx for some reason, maybe testing a ruleset?

Heh, I wonder if it's possible to create a block without the generate transaction?

Not sure, but you can always pay out to a fake address.
