Yes 300 santoshi for every one hour is very little for people to spend time on your site. If you increase to around 600 to 700 then you may get decent traffic to your site. Good luck

To low claims increase to 500 at least to be minimum if you want to have some traffic. Also go to 1000 as max with 5-10%.
And i have noticed that it has big load time fix that also.

So if I spend 10 hours from my busy day going to your faucet 10x wasting time and electric/internet, I will earn all of 3000 satoshi   I knew faucets had gone down hill but that would not even get you pennies in a week, hopefully newbies use it get to know bitcoin fast and move on, at least for that you are giving a service.
