I'm not sure about what they say on the site, I registered and already send them my docs for verified account but without reason I click to add funds and select bitcoin... and I saw this:

ATTENTION: Due to the card issuer bank restrictions it is prohibited to pay for the OKPAY Card order and top-up by using the funds received from crypto-currency deposit or exchange.

What does means? I can't use to withdraw from atm with their card if I request one? That was the reason for what I sign up to them, to get a card and use it to withdraw btc... I'm not sure if will works or not, I read to use this method on a blog and was an old post they seems to make some changes... It will work to withdraw? If not can I use a exchange and others send to my okpay account funds and I give to then my BTCs? Thanks

Just a simple bitcoin web directory.

This is not possible to fund OKPAY card with funds received from criptocurrency if exchange were made at OKPAY website. But you can exchange you BTC to OKPAY at any exchanger and then withdraw funds from you OKPAY account to OKPAY card.
Welcome to use 247exchange.com/exchange for this purpuse. The  verification is not required for such kind of exchange.
Feel free to contact me using PM to get Discount Code.

I would be suspicious of 247exchange.com until we can see that it is trustworthy or that there are highly trusted community members recommending it. So far the only mention of it I've seen is a single-post newbie.

I have recently become active again after a long period of inactivity. Cryptographic proof that my account has not been compromised is available.

You can't use cryptocurrency funds withdrawn directly to your okpay account on the card. You'd have to use a third party exchanger for that.

For cards that support bitcoin, you can try the bit-x card.

i second this, the card can be funded with bitcoin from your bit-x account and can be used to withdraw the funds from any atm or simply used anywhere as well, classified as a debit card I believe.

theres nothing here. message me if you want to put something here.
