Just as the title states, I just want to buy the beta for NS2.

These are a bit hard to find. Keys that give beta access are keys that were ordered before the game went on Steam. Any of the purchasable/tradable NS2 copies on Steam do not give beta access.

You can try contacting this guy and offer bitcoins.

Yeah, the beta is a bit tricky to find, atleast someone willing to sell it.
