Shocked I was kinding, thanks for the link  Grin

I am kinda sad that litecoin is not more popular, i was very sceptical when it first time I heard of it. But it been here so long that I trust it more that all the new shitcoins, I belive they are all made with the single purpose to make the dev rich (damn crocks). I could really picture lite coin being used for small payments, coffee, tips, paying parkent tickets etc.

I really enjoy watching this guys' videos. He explains a lot of different things about Bitcoin and he makes them very easy to understand. A lot of my Bitcoin knowledge comes from watching and studying his videos. The videos may be long, but they are definitely worth watching. Thanks for posting, this is an excellent video for newbies, and it should be stickied!

stay with Bitcoin and Litecoin and you are fine. Litecoin has some value because it is the second biggest crypto with a large community. it works like a backup for bitcoin.

but: no other coin will win against Bitcoin.

I agree dude, bitcoin is the real deal here, litecoin is his little brother.

The other shill coins will just fail like ripple. But i think NXT and maybe Ethereum has nice future too

i don't agree, something like monero or dash, can survive, because they offer something that other coins does not have, untraceable payments

so you can add one of these two to the bag of the good coins

well one could argue that no merchant will accept those because they are fully anon, and so you need to convert them in bitcoin ultimately, which is pointless, because you will lose the anon fueature

but still in the used market, they are great, especially here on bitcointalk

I think I will agree with you on that one.
I had counted LTC out and dead, but reason increase showed that there are still someone willing to invest in them. Damn you could have made bit bug on LTC if you had belived strong enough and bought on the bottom.

Also agree with you on the bitcoin, all those altcoin v2 or altcoin v3 or generation 3, or what ever they call it. Many will die even though they make big promises. In the end, only thing that is certain is that bitcoin will survive.

I think so.  Monero seems to have nice momentum behind it, but it is really hard to predict which will come out on top.  Just look at doge lol.  I totally didn't see that one becoming as popular as it is.

but bitcoin will adapt these "nice features" (already did this). when you look at the momentum and the reach of bitcoin and compare that with Etherum / NXT....it is like a giant vs hot air  Wink
