Spectre (SPKTR) is another word for ghost or spirit, something that lurks in the shadows and remains un-identifiable. Often ghosts remain in areas where something that was important to them happened and they reside there to pass on messages or give warnings to people. The idea behind spectre is to create an anonymous payment method alongisde a popular social platform to boost its reach and influence, key factors for any cryptocurrency aiming to break into the mainstream.

SPKTR is a social platform based around geotagging and leaving messages and warnings, like a ghost, to those in the vicinity. Users install their app and provide their location and they can see what others have written about their location from tips, feelings, stories and secrets.

SPKTR will be integrated into the SPKTR mobile wallet where people can send funds to people in the area, ie friends or merchants in the vicinity. Also with the location features users can do giveaways, treasure hunts or pay for premium spots in various locations.

There's also a huge opportunity for revenue with the app as when the user base grows theres a significant market reach for advertising who can pay to feature at the top of area whispers.
