I have add 8 time a captcha and earn 15x8 = 120 satoshi , to all other faucet i have minimum 500 satoshi for every captcha i enter. The idea is good, the reward too low.

9 claims you get as temperature is now in selected city, next (10) claim (temperature for example if it is 24 degrees) now: 24*3=72. Then it repeats from beginning.

If you get 19 satoshi that's mean the temperature was 19 degrees in that city, maybe it was a night or bad weather. But claim time must be much less then 4 minutes. 4 minutes it is MAXIMUM claim time.

You should understand one thing that no one wants to site on your site for 24 hours. Also per claim is very low hence if you don't increase per claim rate then you will not get any visitor to your site. Hope you understand what I'm trying explain.
