hi i just bought 2 antminer S4+ and am currently having the same problem i cant seem to find the ip address of the miners and ive gone threw the steps over an over an idea ?
The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Do you have them plug on to a 210/220 breaker? (making sure your not using 110).

What are the miners doing do they turn on, stay on, etc?

okay checked that and plugged it into different power source but still sounds and runs the same, just the mini fan runs like always and still not able to find the ip

You never answered are you trying to use 110 breaker?  I'm guessing you are not but just wanted to check to be sure with S4+.

You mentioned S3+ in thread title... is it S3+'s or S4+'s.  Makes a big differences in which one.
