did some testing and one board poped off a cap or resister or something brown little box

looks like im looking for another board for my s2 ... took that board out and now my s2 is hashing a little less

I suggest contacting Bitmain and seeing if they have any to sale or might ask about repair (I don't know extent of damage if this is a option)- https://bitmain.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

Your other option is hardware buy/sell and see if anyone is selling.  And if you do buy a new one you might list yours and post pictures depending on what poped off and how hard it is to solder someone might pay something or the board(again this would depend on extent of damage).

I was gonna ask, do you know what part it was? I'm guessing the "brown little box" is probably one of the 1210 capacitors on the input or output of a 53355DQP near the middle of the board. Yeah, bring it by sometime when you're in the neighborhood and I'll see what I can do.

Cool, quiet and up to 1TH pod miner, on sale now!

Are you sure it's not your PSU that's just getting "tired"? My S2 stopped being able to hash at full power, swapped in a DPS 800 GBA (1000W server PSU) and it is hashing away no problem.  Same thing though, if I removed a blade with the original PSU, it would work fine.  Your blade may be fried, but I would try removing a different blade and putting that one back in, to see if it hashes at 9/10 speed (it may just be the PSU)
