Weed is heavily regulated anywhere it is legalized.
I don't think that send it by the post will be legally allowed in any part of the word

I don't think such a service will ever exist, the legal cannabis industry is way too highly regulated. I hear that some cannabis vending machines that are in development will accept Bitcoin as they are unable to accept credit cards at the machine due to regulations and bureaucracy.

To be honest it'll probably be a while until even the legalised states of America can send and receive bud by mail. You know that would mean more getting shipped over to other places in the world where it is not yet legal. You can still get nicked for having a small spliff in your pocket over here UK The shitty thing is that they would actually arrest you for it aswell and treat you like a proper friggin' criminal. Arsehole pigs such control freaks, they should just allow people to live their lives, it's not like smoking weed ever killed anyone.

What about states where weed is legal ? Can't we sell weed at those places and make some online store or something for selling ?

I do not understand your logic in this. What do you mean by 'highly regulated? If they can have cannabis vending machines then why not online services? I think some cannabis dispensaries actually deliver the products to their customers but not sure they would send through the mail. And if you want to buy weed through the mail just go to the darknet market.

Because you need to scan your fingerprints and card at the ATM. Sending through the mail likely won't happen for many reasons.

the problem is that with stringent regulation, transport over interstate/international borders is likely to cause legal problems.

Because you need to scan your fingerprints and card at the ATM. Sending through the mail likely won't happen for many reasons. The delivery person could request ID or only deliver to the named recipient on the package. If you can get alcohol or prescription drugs delivered to your door then cannabis shouldn't be that much different and there are always work arounds.

I think a lot of you guys are wrong. Selling weed online and shipping in the post is around the corner. States are legalizing it for everyday personal use. Canada will follow. I'm thinking that within the next 4-8 years we'll be able to order it online and have it shipped to our door. There may be new laws in place when shipping weed like a special sticker on the package and signature needed but I think a weed free for all is coming. Regulation will try to control it but it wont work. Everyone is starting to realize it too. Even my parents are cool with legal weed. 5 Years ago tho they would have had a different POV. We can thank CNN and Dr Sanja Gupta for that because if it wasn't for his shows spotlighting the beneficial aspects of weed my rents would still be haters.

i think you're right, but generally IMO it will just be limited to the jurisdiction in which it is regulated. for example, my guess is that the US will do it on a state basis (vs federal), as that is how it is already being regulated. in that case, transporting across borders will likely be illegal.

How can they enforce that though. With so many packages smelling like weed being sent which I imagine would happen the post wont be able to check each one and make sure all the papers are in order. Its going to be a free for all. It may take some years but I do believe we'll see it in our lifetime.

5-10 years now. If you can buy it online legally you will be able to buy it at the shop legally. Street traders aren't going to want to miss out on that gold rush.

It would be cooler to shoot thoses drones out of the sky and take the weed for free. Someone's going to need to invent a drone tracking app.

It's possible. There was a time when cannabis was completely legal. Just 100 years ago people were legally using laudanum, which is basically opium. Times change.

So let change them again. Time for free flying drones dropping weed into my hands.
